The Property Sharing Experts, are a large group of professional, established estate agents based throughout the west country, including Cornwall, Devon, Somerset and Dorset. If you instruct a single Property Sharing Expert agent from the Westcountry Team to sell your property, it will automatically become available in all of the member’s offices and on most of their individual websites too.  Put simply, our network provides your property with a full multi-agency service for a single, sole agency fee.

Why it works:

Put simply and honestly, we pay each other very well for client referrals.  Basically, if Agent ‘A’ introduces a client that purchases Agent ‘B’s property, they earn a commission on the sale.  This means that individual offices and negotiators have a real and very lucrative incentive to offer other Property Sharing Expert agents’ property to their clients.  Agent ‘B’ obviously has an equal opportunity to sell one of their applicants a property from Agent ‘A’s register.
